This past weekend we ran off to St. Augustine for Sunday and Monday. We strolled, shopped and tourist-ed; we slept, ate and drank; we sprawled on the beach and celebrated Memorial Day, as well as 3 years together.

Raise the Roof

We attended this last Thursday after work and are planning to make it again tomorrow, too. My only hope is that there is more of a food selection this time. Other than that, I'm down for happy hour on top of a parking garage just about any day.

Peter Callesen

I've been a fan of Peter Callesen's Papercut Art for awhile now.

I like the way he incorporates the bottom ledge of the frame into many of the pieces in his collection.

I'd especially love this yellow tree piece, titled 'Fall', for my own home.

This pretty little girl became the newest member of our family this past Friday. She's sooooo funny & adorable! Even Luca, our almost-2-year-old cat, is taking to her pretty well. I'm really proud of him. There's nothing like having a kitten around!

This past weekend in Tampa, all of us girls made some killer shopping finds. One Year Ago Today...

Vintage Paper Mache Bowls

They have been finding me lately. The first two I scored for a steal about a month ago at an Estate Sale and were made in England. The third one I found this past weekend at The Other Side in Tallahassee, for a comparable steal, and is from Japan. The debut set is living on my living room bookshelf, amongst pretty hardback books. The newest one will hold my chunky beaded necklaces. I am in love with them.
